Membership

Stage 2 Rewards is offered by Stage 2 Games. Participation is free and requires a customer profile. You are responsible for keeping the account information used to access your rewards accurate and secure. One person may not combine or transfer points between unrelated customer profiles unless Stage 2 Games approves a correction.

Earning points

Under the standard program, members earn one point for each whole dollar of eligible merchandise spend after discounts and before tax, shipping, and tips. Points are awarded after payment and only when the order is connected to a customer profile.

Gift cards and products specifically excluded from rewards do not earn points. Promotional products may earn two or three times the standard rate. When multiple multipliers apply, only the highest applies; multipliers do not stack.

Redeeming rewards

Under the standard program, 200 available points can be redeemed for $5 off an eligible purchase. Rewards are issued in $5 increments, subject to sufficient available points and any per-order limits shown at checkout. A temporary reservation may be placed on points while a redemption is in progress.

Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit except where required by law.

Returns, cancellations, and corrections

Returns, cancellations, order edits, chargebacks, or other changes can reduce or reverse points earned from a purchase. This can cause a negative balance if points were already redeemed. Stage 2 Games may correct errors, duplicate activity, abuse, or unauthorized transactions.

Program availability

Stage 2 Games may change earning rates, redemption values, eligibility rules, limits, or program features, or may pause or end the program. When practical, material changes will be communicated through the store, customer account, or this site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Misuse and account closure

Fraud, manipulation, unauthorized access, resale of rewards, or other abuse can result in cancelled rewards, suspended participation, or account closure. Stage 2 Games may also close a rewards profile when required for security, privacy, or legal reasons.
