When do my points appear?
Points are added after an eligible order is paid. If you do not see them, make sure the purchase was attached to your customer profile and contact the store.
Can points be exchanged for cash?
No. Points have no cash value and can only be used for eligible Stage 2 Games rewards.
What happens when I return an item?
The points from the returned merchandise are reversed so your balance continues to match your eligible purchases.
Where can I get help with my balance?
Visit the store or use the rewards support page. Bring the order number when asking about a specific purchase.
